William Dunbar

Dr. Dunbar is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and is a member of the Scholars program at the Harvard-Macy Institute at Harvard Medical School. From the courses he has attended, he has brought back new approaches to health professions education. His personal interest is in Nutrigenomics, the use of gene sequences in nutrition practice.
